A fire has broken out in a forest area in Marmari, Evia, around 19:10 on Thursday.
According to the fire brigade, no settlements are at risk. To combat the blaze, 42 firefighters, two teams of hiking sections, and 9 vehicles have been mobilised. Volunteers and water trucks from local authorities are also assisting in the effort.
